These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Voltage Bet, outlining user obligations, account management rules, financial procedures, and compliance requirements. They ensure a secure, fair, and legally compliant online gaming environment.

General Terms of Use

Accessing and using the Voltage Bet platform requires adherence to applicable laws and platform rules. Users agree to follow operational guidelines, respect intellectual property, and comply with responsible gaming practices. By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction, providing accurate and complete information, and complying with all platform policies (KYC, AML, responsible gaming). Account activity is monitored to detect irregularities, prevent abuse, and ensure that gaming integrity is upheld across the platform. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, bonus abuse through coordinated betting or manipulation, exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities, using automated systems, bots, or scripts, money laundering or fraudulent financial activities, collusion with other players for unfair advantage, and providing false information or falsified documents. Violations may result in bet voids, account restrictions, bonus and winnings forfeiture, permanent account closure, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, regulatory non-compliance, or suspicious activity. Reasons for action include violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, incomplete or failed KYC verification, irregular betting patterns or bonus abuse, use of prohibited tools or methods (VPNs, bots), underage gambling attempts, and legal or regulatory requirements. Closure ensures protection of the platform, other users, and adherence to legal obligations. Limitation of Liability

Voltage Bet is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, user errors, or external events beyond its control.
